An intention brings an attitude of mindfulness and purpose.
And, it’s all about attitude!
Once you bring an intention to one area of your life, something will shift. You may create magic, or you may create a beautiful mess. (Spaghetti is a big mess, never perfect, and who doesn’t love spaghetti?)
Susan's most important job is being a Mom of three young boys and literally embracing the magic and the mess of it all! Susan has redefined her definition of success to be more intentional and purposeful, to do meaningful, heart-centred work every day in order to have more joy and balance in her life (ask her about be-do-have!).
